A facility providing various size units for you to store your belongings short or long term for a weekly or monthly fee. You deliver items to the facility and store. Unit is secured with a padlock and you keep the key. You are the only one to have access to your unit.

At LochWood Self Storage we provide clean, dry, secure units with 24/7 Video Surveillance, Tag entry through automatic gates and pin code entry to get into large shed. For your own individual security of your unit you can provide your own padlock or we can provide a disc type padlock for a small fee $30. You keep the keys. You are the only one to have access to your unit.

You can store most personal belongings such as household items: furniture, books, photos, clothing, documents gardening and sporting equipment.

Business items such as documents, promotional banners, signs, retail stock, tradesman tools, surplus inventory.

You must not store; illegal, stolen, perishable, flammable, hazardous (corrosive, toxic, radioactive), anything living, dangerous or explosive goods.

We are open 7am – 7pm seven days a week.

Access outside of these hours can be arranged with prior approval.

No, LochWood Self Storage does not offer insurance. It is the responsibility of storer to ensure they have their belongings insured.

We have a minimum storage period of 7 days.

There is no maximum storage period. As long as your payments are up to date, you can stay as long as you like.

Yes, you will be required to sign our storage agreement prior to taking possession of your unit. This is a legally binding agreement setting out the rights and responsibilities of storer and facility owner.

You will be required to pay for your storage unit 1 week in advance. Upon signing agreement you will need to pay 1 weeks payment for your unit. It is advised to set up an automatic payment to pay for subsequent weeks fees in advance.

The only other fee is if you want to buy a disc type padlock from LochWood Self Storage that would cost $30. A receipt would be given for this purchase.

7 days notice is required to end agreement.

The storage agreement sets out steps taken if you do not pay. We will go through these steps with you prior to signing so you are clear on rights and responsibilities of both parties.
